Oceanview villa Coson

A beautiful 3 bedroom zen villa with very nice oceanviews on a quiet location up in the hills from Coson, next to Las Terrenas.

Situated in a secure, calm & serene residence, just minutes from the center of Las Terrenas and its most beautiful beaches, the villa offers indoor/outdoor living spaces always connected to nature and its incredible energy, an infinity pool, unobstructed views of the ocean and nature, wherever you are in the villa, there is access to this nature and this magnificent ocean view.

After parking your car in the double car garage you go up with the stairs. You arrive at the villa’s ground floor. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, both welcoming and open to the outdoors.The bedrooms on this level are the the masterbedroom and a bungalow . They have a large indoor shower, as well as an open-air outdoor shower.
The lounge is integrated into the rock and its vegetation.
The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the Ballenas Islands. The energies of this place will seduce you and offer you restful, calm nights.
Down a few steps, you’ll come to the other bungalow which is linked to the communal living area by a small, bucolic, flower-filled walkway. Peace and independence are the order of the day.

The common fees are mandatory ($150/month). The rest, such as external pool service, internet, water and electricity, is a matter of personal choice and need.

•⁠ ⁠⁠the villa has a rainwater recovery system with a 90 m3 cistern (90,000 liters)

Couple of minutes drive to the beaches and center town couple of minutes more.
