This 2012 builded townhouse is located in a very quiet and secure residential complex, around 300 m from the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas, Playa Ballenas. And center town.

Several powerful ceiling fans will keep you cool at all times - on the patio, in the kitchen, in the living room and in the bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are Air conditioned as well.

A large TV, HDMI cable and Internet is available in the house, safe box with code. The house lodges up to 4 people comfortably but, if you need, there is an extra inflatable double bed in the house. The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Some of the best beaches are within easy reach. You can walk to the Playa Ballenas or Playa Las Terrenas beaches or take a local motorcycle taxi (moto concho) or drive a few minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Playa Coson or Playa Bonita). Several top notch restaurants are within walking distance as well. Pueblo de los Pescadores (Fishermen Village) holds many excellent eateries and the village has many more - French, Spanish, Italian, Dominican, French Boulangerie, Steak house, excellent pizza places, etc.
