The private golf driving range is reserved for the 17 owners and consists of two par-3 courses of 131 and 195 yards respectively, with bunkers, a 500 m² green, and a putting green for approaches up to 90 meters and putting practice. The villa also benefits from all the amenities of Bonita Village: a large swimming pool, tennis court, security, road and interior green area maintenance, and a natural lagoon that is home to various species of fish and turtles.

The project offers double privacy: the fully enclosed residence itself and the Bonita Village community where it is located. Direct beach access from the area also provides peace of mind.

The villa features a spacious garage, electric gate, intercom, backup inverter, air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, and outdoor furniture. Special outdoor curtains and awnings on the terrace will provide additional sun protection if needed.

The community maintenance fee is approximately $350 USD per month.
