Living Spaces

The house itself is a modern, open plan that provides true indoor/outdoor living with continual views of sky, land and sea.

The floor-to-ceiling windowed walls open completely as the inside and outside spaces blend. Cool breezes flow freely offering a truly unique and delightful experience. Whether you are lounging by the pool, under the pergola or on the sofa, the turquoise ocean seems to surround you.

The new, modern kitchen has marble slab countertops and new appliances. It’s a great space to entertain and create gourmet meals, or just kick back with a cerveza and watch the sun set.

The house has 5 extremely large bedrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom with rain shower. Each bedroom has a balcony or terrace and each with incredible view of the sea.

Pool & Outdoor:

Spectacular vistas instantaneously have you in a wonderful mood!

The 50’ long infinity edge pool is perfect for swimming laps or just cooling off. Tropical flowers and plants abound. If you arrive in late spring you may find the cactus in bloom. Or bananas and papayas ready to be picked and eaten. The covered terrace is a wonderful spot to watch the sea while you’re enjoying a meal.

The Residence

Residencia Esperanza is an exclusive gated community at the easternmost point of Las Terrenas. 3 clay tennis courts are expertly maintained less than 5 minutes walk from the house. The residence has it’s own beach with calm, turquoise waters in a quiet, little bay which is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive from the house. While no beaches in DR are technically private, access is very limited and you’ll usually find yourself alone to enjoy the water and surrounding mangroves.
