I just start with the good things:

• toplocation
• the view is spectacular (direction sunset)
• non obstructed oceanview
• a large property of around 1 acre (4000 m2)
• out of the wind
• very quiet (last house in that road)

Modern style fully furnished home. The house is located at the end of a street inside a safe gated community.

Entrance with electric gate and walk gate. Concrete driveway to the carport for 2 cars. Solarpanels on top of the carport.

The mainhouse has salon, kitchen (with spectacular views) pantry, half bathroom, masterbedroom with walk through closet and bathroom with toilet and bidet. Large shower with door to the outside. The main house is equipped with shutters

A bit at the side a building with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has closet space and bathroom, with sliding doors to the exterior. Both bedrooms have exterior kitchenette and small dining area.

HOA fees are around 250 usd per month. This is for security, garbage and common maintenance.

And the not so good things:

• the home needs a good painting
• detailing
• its only a 3 bedroom villa, but you can add without any problems a second bedroom on top of the main villa.

For whom is something like this?
