Construction prices in the Dominican Republic
The average construction prices are starting around 700 usd per m2 (70 usd per sf2). This is a basic construction with a concrete polished floor, a wooden or concrete thatched roof for example. Wood for doors Brazilian oak.
Pool prices do around 650 usd per m2 (65 usd per sf2). Marmoline inside, with poolpump and filter.
Prices went up significantly in 2023. At this moment the m2 price is around 1200 USD per m2.
