A beachfront villa in Las Terrenas as an investment. For sure possible. I came here to Las Terrenas in 2004. The rental market was different then. Now, one can say that 99,9% is done by the internet. Most of it by Airbnb, Homeaway/VRBO. These are the 2 major worldwide players in a vacation rental. And to be honest, you can’t go without them anymore.
Both Airbnb and Homeaway are very easy to manage, by apps on your telephone. If done correctly, you can really make a good to very good income from rentals.
