● An outdoor massage room was built
● Additional patio paths were created to minimize wet soil and a deck was created outdoor
for the pool
● The pool was fully resurface with tiles and regrouted in 2022
● A full handicap bathroom was created outside
● The hallway bathroom was integrated to bedroom #2
● The upstairs bedroom a toilet was added to make it a full bathroom
